Preggers  -  Looking after mum

A refreshing herbal tea, free from caffeine and sugar, which can be safely enjoyed, before, during and after pregnancy. Preggers is a mix of traditional pregnancy herbs; ginger, peppermint and raspberry leaf. Ginger is excellent for morning sickness, raspberry leaf helps strengthen and tone the uterus and peppermint is refreshing as well as being helpful for nausea and heartburn.

How To Prepare: Use one teaspoon per cup. Add dried herb to a teapot or plunger and add boiling water. Let the tea steep for at least three minutes. Flavour with honey or lemon .  Most blends taste delicious as iced tea.
Iced Tea: Use about one tablespoon per litre. Place the herbs in a jug and fill with cold spring water. Leave it in the fridge for a minimum of 4 hours. Serve over ice with lemon, honey or sweetener as desired.
